Karen Lynn Riney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Lynn Riney (Midlothian, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Nicholas Riney and Skylar Riney; her parents, Robert Riney and Lois Riney; and her siblings, Craig Riney, Lauren Gierman (Michael), Susan Schreiber (Mark), Robert Riney (Tami), James Riney (Pauline), Tim Riney and Tom Riney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hickey Memorial Chapels - Midlothian (4201 147th St, Midlothian, IL 60445). A prayer will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Christopher Church - St Augustine (4130 147th St, Midlothian, IL 60445).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA).
