With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katherine A. Swidergal (Midlothian, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ron Swidergal; her children, Joel Swidergal (Amy) and Leif Swidergal (Becky); her grandchildren, Ian, Jade, Devin, Ava, Cam and Riley; and her siblings, Rick Podgorny (Carol), Doug Podgorny (Deanna), Jeff Podgorny (Jennifer) and Laurel Ash (Kevin).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hickey Memorial Chapels - Midlothian (4201 147th St, Midlothian, IL 60445).
