She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Wallace Shoaf; her parents, Marcella Habinka and John Habinka; and her siblings, Rose Considine, Genevieve Kwilosz, Otto Habinka, Edwin Habinka, Tadeus Habinka, Julian Habinka, Lillian Meyer, Joe Habinka and Julius Habinka.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Ostrowski (William), Clayton Shoaf, Carl Shoaf and Steven Shoaf (Sheila); her grandchildren, Kristyn Dundovich (Jake), Courtney Shoaf, Sarah Shoaf and Stephanie Shoaf; and her great grandchild Harper Dundovich.
