She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

“I love you Mel and miss you so much . I’m so angry that I wasn’t allowed to your funeral and I acted up at your wake . I’m so mad about it and I know you wanted me to be there I just couldn’t see u like that in a casket. I should have came to your funeral no matter what I’m so sorry for everything I’ve done in the past . You mean the world to me I just want you to be here so you can see what our son has accomplished.
