He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Czajkowski (Stephen), Robert Tallo (Karen) and Tammy Ellis (Thomas); his grandchildren, Cherri Czajkowski, Lucas Czajkowski (Callen) and Elizabeth Smith (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Izabella and Cameron Czajkowski; his sister Ruth Janusz (Donald); and his nieces, Karyn Prim (Matt) and Denise Bailey (Joshua).
