She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Blankenship and Gladys Blankenship (Duncan); her husband Fred; her significant other Paul; and her children, Phyllis, Frederick, Laura, Carlton and James.
She is survived by: her children, Bel Klockenga (George), Richard Waterman (Jeanette), Polly Dirck (Peggy), Milton Waterman (Milinda), Quintin Waterman (Tracy), Melissa Waterman and Thomas Waterman (Tracy Lee); and her grandchildren, Cary, Christina, Bridget, Brandy, Cory, Faith, Rachel, Bryce, Jacob, Zachary, Jessica, Charlotte, Devon, Seth, Jared, Aaron, Tygan, Katie, Talye, Audrey, Carlton, Frederick, Spencer, Lochlyn and Thomas.
Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family to be distributed to Belva's favorite charities, reflecting her generous spirit.
