She is survived by: her husband Richard Jacobs; her daughter Carol Hendrickson; her grandchildren, Sarah Martin (Eric) and Chris Rogers; her great grandchildren, Bryce Rogers, Aaron Rogers, Jeremy Martin, Jaxon Martin, Andrew Martin, Robert Martin and Elijah DeWitt; and her sisters, Diana Morris (Dick), Judy Bote (Glen) and Donna Boggs.
