He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Griffin and Connie Griffin (Miles); and his brother Ronald Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Rita Hill; his children, Sherry Reynolds, Bettendorf, Brett Griffin (Abby), Kara Griffin and Milan; and his grandchildren, Lexy, Jack, Jon, Emmett and Vance.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Milan Lions Club or the Lions of Illinois Foundation.
