He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carl and Myrtle E. Kelly (Muenks); his sister Carol Lee Kelly; his brother-in-law Gary Courter; and his nephew Todd Spore.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Michael (Renee Kelly) and Kevin (Jackie Kelly); his grandsons, Alex (Paige), Austin (Andrea), Nathan (Rebecca L.) and Noah Kelly (Rebecca M.); his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Addisyn, Jasmine, Ella and Cameron; his siblings, Mary Lou Spore, Kathy Etheridge (Stu), Sherry Courter and Dale Kelly (JoVaughn); and his close friends, Karen and Jerry Gillett.
Memorials may be made to the Royal Ball Run for Autism or GiGi's Playhouse Quad Cities in Dave's memory.
