With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donita R. Slininger of Milan, Illinois, who passed away on October 22, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Slininger and Dorothy J. Slininger (Martin). She is survived by: her stepmother Lovena Slininger; her brother Dion Slininger (Darlene); and her stepsiblings, Ragina Smith, Kelli Ryband (Jason), Anthony Slininger (Kindra) of Clinton, IA and Daniel Slininger (Carmen Verdon). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. (6601 38th Ave, Moline, IL 61265).
