In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Evelyn leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Evelyn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Bushert and Dorothy Bushert (Weaver); her husband Russel; and her siblings, Emily Fuse, Eunice Sellers, Dolores Kannaley, Forrest Bushert and Merlin Bushert.
She is survived by: her sons, Russell Hoover Jr., Milan and Victor "Dave" Hoover. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
