He was predeceased by: his parent Dorothy Westpfahl; his wife Joyce A. Turley; his aunt Margaret Westpfahl; his uncle Donald Westpfahl; and his cousin William "Bill" Westpfahl.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Westpfahl and Teresa Gourdine (Russell); and his cousins, Cathy Bizarri (Jim), Robert "Bob" Westpfahl (Patricia), Mary Baker (Kenny) and Sue Mairet (Steve).
