She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Luce and Margaret Kelly Luce; and her son Michael Sisco. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Frank of Davenport, Linda Damewood (Chris) of Athens and Patricia Willows (Van) of Davenport, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Stephanie, Anthony, Jonathan, Kyle and Travis; and her siblings, Bonnie Schwab, James Richardson, Mary Doran, Francis Grant, Jack Luce and Robert Richardson. She is also survived by her ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Pius Catholic Church (2502 29th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (2502 29th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites contributions to be made in Margaret's memory to the QC Animal Welfare Center or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, reflecting her compassion for both animals and children.
