She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Borkhardt and Dovie Borkhardt (McCoy); her husband Louis Borkhardt; her children, Freddie, Lou, Terry, Gary Borkhardt and Diane Simms; her siblings, Jim, Charles, Maggie Strode and Louise Connelly; and her great grandchild Lily Borkhardt.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Borkhardt, Stanley Borkhardt, Lorna Borkhardt and Kay Mendhall; her grandchildren, Jordan Borkhardt, Lauren Borkhardt, Kelli Borkhardt, Cori Gunther, Daniel, Tyler Biscontine, Shawn, Brad and Emily Borkhardt; and her siblings, Marvin Strode, Melvin Strode and Marie Harper. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
