He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Foster; his children, Robert Foster Jr., Jody Elliott (Gary) and Dawn Keith (Scott); his granddaughters, Jamie Frost (Logan) and McKenna Keith (Donnie Graham); his siblings, Arlene "Toots", Kathy, Raymond "Butch", Dennis, Mike and Steve; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends.
