We bid farewell to Therese McDonald (Milan, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 23, 2025 at the age of 76. Therese touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her grandson Lance; her son Lance McDonald; her brother Mark Buranek; and her parents, Boyd Suess and June Buranek Suess.
She is survived by: her husband James McDonald; her children, Shane and Erika; her siblings, Constance Buranek Moser, Dennis Buranek and Shelley Buranek Flaherty; and her granddaughters, Amy Chandonia and Helen Chandonia.
This led to challenging transfers during the COVID-19 pandemic, eventually finding stable care at Royal Oaks Care Center in Kewanee, Illinois.
