She was predeceased by: her father Francis W. H. "Tiger" Weaver; and her mother-in-law Patricia Malo. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Weaver (Kallenbach); her former husband Eric Weinrich; her daughter Alexandrea; her husband Daniel Malo; her son-in-law Travis Klemme of Moline; her granddaughters, Anastasia Klemme and Sydney Hoff; her sister LeAnn Pairrett of Moline; her nephew Hunter Pairrett; her nieces, Hailey and Sophie Martin; her stepdaughter Megan Malo; and her father-in-law Fred "Pops" Malo of Michigan.

Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Tonya's memory.
