With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kenneth Ostrom of Millington, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Dean Ostrom; and his nephew Tim Peterson. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Ostrom (Coultrip); his sons, Joshua (Mary) and Jared Ostrom (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brandon, Amanda, Shyanne, Savannah, Riley, Rory, Kailey and Hannah; the mother of his children Donna (Betsy); and his siblings, Mike Ostrom (Sandy), Linda Eastabrooks (Archie), Helen Goddard (Dave), Melody Benjamin, Nickie Marsh (Tom), Dawn Graves (Steve), Starr Peterson (Ron) and Sharon Miller (Bob). He is also survived by two sons and their wives, 8 grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Turner-Eighner Funeral Home (13160 US-34 W, Somonauk, IL 60552). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, monetary gifts would be appreciated to help cover funeral costs.
