She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Smallenberger and Anna Smallenberger (Shave); her son John C. Hood; and her husband John O. Hood. She is survived by : her daughter Joyce Caswell (Bill) of Millstadt; her grandchildren, Victoria Evans (Adam), Zach, Brendan, Tristin (Bree), Stefan Caswell (Grace), Logan and Sally Hood; her great grandchildren, Emilia Caswell and Harvey Evans; and her siblings, Arthur Smallenberger and Diane Lindblad.
