He was predeceased by : his wife Jean Marie Dugan. He is survived by : his daughters, Karen Marshall, Margo Dugan, Jeanette Rounds and Annette Porter; his grandchildren, Chad Carter (Tabitha), Shawn Carter (Michelle "Shelly") and Eric Dugan; and his great grandchildren, Drewan Carter, Lailah Carter and Chad Carter II.
