He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Kramer and Betty L. Kramer (Davis); his grandparents, John, Emma Lepere and Nancy Davis; and his cousins, Barbara Fults (Chadeayne), Richard Chadeayne and George Chadeayne.

He is survived by: his cousins, Patty Evansco, Peggy Todd, Diana Wright, Theresa Galle and Lucy Hitsman.
