He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis George and Elizabeth Hesch; his sisters, Theresa Ritter and Elizabeth Howard; and his brothers-in-law, Leslie Howard, Richard Pautler, Ken Guinn and Dick Kachewski.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara A. Hesch; his children, Louis Hesch (Angela), Edward Hesch (Amy), Judy Aburto Ramirez (Efrain), Agnes Dinwiddie (Damon) and Joseph Hesch; his siblings, Phillip Hesch, Francis Pautler, Mary Guinn and Agnes Kachewski; his grandchildren, Emma Hesch, Louis J. Hesch, III, Morgan Stefani (Antonio), Mallory Hesch (Cody), Miranda Hesch, Tiffany Whelan (Dan), Nicholas Aburto, Brianna Aburto (Jack), Arcadio Aburto, Cariela Ramirez, Yadier Ramirez, Logan Dinwiddie (Elizabeth), Trey Dinwiddie and Graeme Dinwiddie; and also Bob Ritter. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren in addition to many nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to St. James Catholic Church or St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery and will be accepted at the church.
