He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lee. He is survived by: his parent Beverly Seitz (Albert); his wife Diana Lyn Hadden; his daughter Tabitha L. Seitz of Monticello; his siblings, Renee Crawley (Jim) of Cerro Gordo and Darren Seitz of Oakley; his stepchildren, Marsha Kirby (Aaron) of Sullivan, IL, Gregory Gisinger (Carrie) of Arcola, IL and Lorin Gisinger (Katie Wickline) of Clinton; his stepgrandchildren, Katilyn, Olivia, Kolton and Lyla; and his pet Diesel. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
