He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin D. Patrick and Delores Patrick (Fair); his grandparents, Beatrice and Russell Patrick; and his sister Marsha Glenn-Windsor.

He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Hardy (Chad); his niece Tina Marie Uphoff (David); and his great-nephews, Blake Uphoff and Bryce Uphoff.

Memorial donations in Terry's name may be made to the Humane Society, or charity of the donor's choice.
