It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlyle Schultz (Minier, Illinois), born in Normal, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2014, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schultz and Lula Schultz (Wagner); and his brothers, Russell and Walter. He is survived by: his wife Darlene S. Cochran; and his children, David Schultz (Donna) of Covell, James Schultz (Debbie) of Minier, Kathy Schultz-Martin of Minier, Steven Schultz of Minier, Lynda Bahnsen (Jeff) of Bloomington, Sharon Hinderliter (Garry) of Hudson and Charles Schultz (Shelly) of Minier. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Minier Christian Church and Minier American Legion Post 448.
