She is survived by: her children, Connie Sue Klendworth and Mark Klendworth (Kathy Taylor); and her grandchildren, Kaci Arndt (Jeremy) and Kristi Hakes (Nick).

Memorials may be directed to the Minonk United Methodist Church or OSF Hospice.
