He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charlier and Christina Boomgarden Charlier; his wife Eileen R. Carls; his son-in-law Charlie Carr; and his siblings, Fred, Francis and Marie.
He is survived by: his brother Louis Charlier Germantown (Marilyn); his children, Allen Charlier (Jackie), Dana, Kevin Charlier (Michelle) and Deborah Charlier Carr; and his grandchildren, Deanna Matt (Taylor), Matthew Carr, Stefanie Carr (Jakob Tracy), Antoine Charlier (Katelyn), Kirk Charlier and Zachary Charlier (Marissa). He is also survived by four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in his honor may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Minonk or Minonk Fireman's Association.
