She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ralph W. Mlaska; her parents, Edmond Lesniewicz and Irene Lesniewicz; her children, Zenaida "Bonnie" Mlaska, Ralph W. Mlaska Jr. and Alyssa L. Mlaska; her grandson Paul E. Guerrero (late Rachel); and her siblings, Ricky, Eddie, Beatrice, Edith, Susan and Bonnie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and at 5:30 PM at the Maple Funeral Home (24300 S Ford Rd, Channahon, IL 60410). A reception will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location.
