Michael Kent Dugger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Kent Dugger of Modesto, Illinois, who passed away on June 22, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Red" Dugger and Clara Vivian Clark Dugger; and his brother Billy Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kelley; his daughters, McKennzi, McKennah Dugger (Scott McAdams) and Jaden Dugger; his stepson Jeremy Kelley (Malesha); his grandchildren, Brystle Kelley and Dalton Megginson; his daughter Hope Shilling (Braden); his grandchildren, Penelope, Kennedy Moore and Lee Shilling; his siblings, Tracy Wiser (Billy), Marsha Ruebling (Mark), Terry Clark and Larry Clark (Sherry); and his close friends, Harold Smith, Randy Null, Larry Stouffe, Brian McNeely and Jerry Emery.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Palmyra Community Building (114 E State St, Palmyra, IL 62674).
