He was predeceased by : his mother Florence Sisk (Nick). He is survived by : his wife Jenell Sisk (Totani); his father Lawrence Sisk Sr.; his children, Shannan Sisk (Keith Latek), Nicole Leibfried (Steven), Brandon Sisk (Leah), Anthony Sisk, Jordan Sisk (Victoria), Taylor Totani (Matthew Skobel) and Michael Sisk; his sisters, Barbara Silkowski (Russell) and Tina Radtke; his grandchildren, Dylan, Camryn, Jacob, Jack, Sean, Joseph, Kennedy, Presley, Henry, Rosalie and Bennett; and his former life partner Linda Sterba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Mucosal Melanoma Survivor- Melanoma Research Alliance-RARE Registry (see tab below) would be greatly appreciated.
