Richard F. Gibson Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Mawk" Gibson and Jean Gibson; his grandsons, Michael Medrano and Mario Medrano (Kate); and his brother Ronald Gibson (late Nancy).
He is survived by: his wife Marcella Gibson; his children, Mike Gibson (Suzy), Rick Gibson (Mary), Ginny Wisniewski (Stan), Richie Thompson (Sue), Mark Thompson and Jessica Mucenski (Matt); his grandchildren, Michael Gibson, Danielle Gibson, Zach Thompson, Lily Thompson and Kendall Mucenski; and his great grandchild Isla Rose Medrano.
The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
