He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Stevens and Alice Stevens (Bruyntjens); his wife Zoe Ann Wheeler; his son Bill; and his daughter-in-law Soni Stevens.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Stevens, Betsy Smith (Kent) and Scott Stevens (Terri); and his grandchildren, Katelynn Moore (Ryan), Kariann Wickett (Drew), Diane Johnson, Ryan Smith, Kylie Smith, Alyssa Stevens, Patrick Stevens (Kate) and Sean Stevens. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
