He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Carr (J. Dennis) of Moline and Kevin Dailey (Sojung) of Kaysville, Utah; his significant other Katie Carroll of Moline; his significant other's daughter Luna Carroll; his sister Sarah Dailey of Jamesville; and his godson Gavin Dailey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
