Trevor; his children, Jessica Johnson (Stephen), Jeffrey Holmes (Christine) and David Holmes; his grandchildren, Russell Williamson, Courtney Chenoweth (Matt), C. J. Holmes, Marti Holmes, Sean Holmes and Brian Johnson; his great grandchildren, Ava Williamson and John Chenoweth (Dorothy Hillmer); his granddaughter Amanda Johnson; and his sister Natalie Lawrence.
Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Church, Alleman High School or Assumption High School.
