We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 103, Austa Phelps of Moline, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Nielsen and Cena Nielsen; her husband Phillip Phelps, Sr.; and her son Phillip Phelps, Jr.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephanie Lindmark (Jeff), Bettendorf, Darren Phelps (Jackie), Greg Phelps (Kira) and Muscatine. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
