We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2023, at the age of 92, Bessie J. Pierce of Moline, Illinois, born in Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lester and Bessie Rasmussen (Brockley); and her daughter-in-law Joan Pierce. She is survived by: her children, Mike Pierce (Christine) of Wausau, Matt Pierce (Kari) of Florissant and Mary Stevens (Melvin) of Champaign, Illinois; her grandchildren, Richard Pierce (Laura) of Alexander, Sarah Villanueva (Mark) of Appleton, Alex Pierce of Florissant, Kaitlin Bertram (Brad) of New Mexico, Melvin Stevens III of Champaign and Joseph Stevens of Champaign; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Villanueva, William and Nora Bertram.
Memorials may be made to the family, for a fund to be established in Bessie's memory.
