She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Clarence (Walker) and William Clarence; her former husband David Gillen; her stepson Kevin; and her brother William.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Alter; her daughter Lori Jager (Greg); her stepson Duane Alter (Megan); and her grandchildren, Caden, Broc, Lane, Christopher, Andrea Alter, Alex Jager (Kelsey) and Catherine Bass (Andy).
