She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel M. Kildow (Heath) and Frederick G. Kildow; her daughter Penny; and her siblings, Wanda Adamson, Georgia Pearson and Eugene Kildow.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Russell; her children, Scott Phillips (Shannon) and Amy Stucky (Judd); and her sister Patricia Banks. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
