She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hauman and Mary Hauman (Pollard); her brother Bob Hauman; and her niece Tammy Van Goethem. She is survived by: her husband Raymond J. Van Goethem, Jr. of Patrick's Church; her children, Tracy Hughes (Jim) and Tim Van Goethem (Diane) of Milford, MI; and her grandchildren, Josh Hughes (Kiley), T. J. Hughes (Aileen), Allison Chumbley (Chris), Aubrey Vincent (Corey) and Megan Stasko (Tyler). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
