He is survived by: his wife Nancy Westpfahl; his children, Tammy York, Terri Melchi (Paul) and Christopher Westpfahl (Lisa); and his siblings, Roger Chandler (Judy), Jeff Chandler (Mary), Linda Tompkins (Jesse) and Nellie Penney (Butch). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
