He is survived by : his wife Priscilla Jean Lage; his sons, Chuck (Barb) of Rock Island, David (Lorel) of Moline, Jon (Melissa) of Moline and Steven (Sherry) of Moline; his grandsons, Elliott, Oliver, Drew and Adam; his great grandchildren, Axl, Ace, Hayes and Sage; his sister-in-law Carol Saelens; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Clark, Catherine Alvarado, Ryan and Taylor Clark.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
