We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2023, at the age of 80, Charley L. Stout of Moline, Illinois, born in Hanover, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Herbert Fanner Stout, Jr., Shirley Wornica and Luanne Morris. He is survived by: his wife Laura Wilson of Coal Valley, Illinois; his children, Ronald Stout (Sara), Kathy Schick (Nathan) and Connie Schmitt (Michael); his grandchildren, Dakota, Gabi (Fred), Karenna, Brady, Emma and Chyna; and his sister Mary Kay Stout.

Memorials may be made to Tunnel to Towers or Quad Cities Christian School.
