He was predeceased by: his mother Betty VandeVoort (Smith). He is survived by: his father Kenneth VandeVoort; his son Nicholas VandeVoort; and his brothers, Robert (Kim), Michael (Angie) and Jeffery (Colleen). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials be made to the St. Croix Hospice Foundation.
