Christopher R. Scannell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher R. Scannell of Moline, Illinois, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scannell and Patricia Scannell (Bolton). He is survived by: his children, Jenny Endzel (Mike) of Chicago, Ryan Scannell (Ashley) of Moline, Katie Taylor (Justin) of Coal Valley and Tyler Scannell of Pleasant Ridge, Michigan; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Jack, Ellie Endzel, Madelynn Hayes, Alayna, Blake and Aubrey Taylor; and his siblings, William Scannell (Kris), Kelly Landmeier, Tracy Hollendonner (Mark), Sean Scannell (Tricia), Erin Koziol (James) and Megan Scannell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Pointe (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Chris' memory.
