He is survived by: his wife Helen Barnett; his daughters, Heather (Blake Terrance) and Ashley Waffle of Moline; his grandchildren, Harlow Terrance, Haley Waffle (RaeQuan) and Kaden Waffle-Weeks; his great grandchildren, Kaizen and Amoura Miller; his siblings, Gina Mendoza (Hector), Steven Waffle, Robin Waffle and James Waffle; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
