It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corey Dvorak (Moline, Illinois), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on October 4, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Luanne Dvorak; his sister Jennifer Dvorak; and his son Corey, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Carissa Dvorak; his siblings, Jesse Dvorak and Leeann Robbins (Jake); his girlfriend Judith Henry; and his father Steve Kelsey.
