She is survived by: her husband David Newton; her son Brandon Ontiveros; her grandson Coda Ontiveros; her daughter-in-law Liz Ontiveros; her siblings, Michael Ontiveros, Christine Reem, Frank Ontiveros and JoAnn Bender; her mother-in-law June Anderson; and her sister-in-law Tammy Herr.
