He is survived by: his sisters, Cynthia Lewis of Moline and Lori Serra (Anthony) of Silvis; his nieces, Victoria Schoess (Daniel), Olivia Newbanks (Shane), Andria Cain (Justin) and Ociana Lewis; and his great-nephews, Levi, Luke, Benjamin and Dean.
