He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Clark and Hope Clark (Daniels). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Forgie; his children, David Clark (Christina) and Kelly Spooner; his grandsons, Dylan Genz and Jackson Spooner; and his siblings, Larry Clark (Linda) and Rebecca Cumberworth (Matt).
