He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Wick" Armstrong and Ruby Armstrong (Lutrell); his sister Loretta Dittman; and his great grandchild Danaia Abbott. He is survived by: his former wife Janet Welch; his wife Janice Lundquist; his son Daniel Armstrong (Beverly) of Hampton, Illinois; his grandchildren, Faith Armstrong and Nicholas Armstrong (Sausha); his close friend Nancy Polios; his brother Rick Armstrong of Moline; and his former wives, Janet DeRoo and Janice Armstrong. He is also survived by her family; two step-children; two special step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
